The Home Builders Network team recently completed a shingle roof replacement in Apopka, FL for a client. The clients former roof was outdated and had more than outlived its lifespan, the underlayment of the roof had also experienced wear and tare, and the attic had no ventilation so the air inside was stale and hot. The client upon noticing this took to the internet and after doing a short search came across our team at Home Builders Network. The underlayment was then replaced with Summit 60 underlayment, our team then installed Weathermaster 200 ice and water treatment as well as Trueridge Ridge Vents to have proper ventilation and circulation of air in the attic. After this our team began installing the new shingles, we installed new Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Black Shadow Singles for the roofing. We did a full cleanup of the job site removing any debris to create less of a hassle for the client.
