Home Builder's Network, Inc. recently completed a roof replacement in Winter Park, FL for a client in need. The client was working with a local builder to repair their home that had major damages from a fire. The local builder reached out to our team at Home Builder's Network to replace part of the roof which had damage done from the fire. Our team went out to the home and did a inspection on the roofing system, we discovered that the damages were worse than previously thought. The entire roof would need replacing. The client was okay with this and decided to use our team of expert installers for this replacement project.
Our team started this project by removing every shingle on the clients roof, once that was done we repaired any damages done to the underlayment of the roof. We then installed vents for proper airflow inside of the homes attic and then we installed the shingle roof. This new shingle roofing was created using CertainTeed Weathered Wood shingles with a bronze drip edge. This job took a total of 3 days to complete from start to finish. The client was very happy with the work done and can finally relax knowing their home is now safe from any hazards caused by fire damages.
