Recently our team at Home Builder's Network Inc. completed a new metal roof installation in New Smyrna Beach, FL for a client. The client contacted our team to install a new metal roof due to the durability requirements for living in the area. In New Smyrna Beach, houses get pummeled by storms throughout the year. This is exactly why this client reached out to our team. We partnered with our good friends at TriCounty Metals to perform this installation. Before any new roofing installations were done, our team removed the entirety of the old roofing system and underlayment. Replacing it with a new underlayment that would withstand a new metal roofing system. The old roofing system was made with asphalt shingles which isn't the best for the frequent weather conditions of this area. Houses in these parts suffer from heavy rain and ocean winds which can cause deterioration of shingle roofing over time. Metal roofing is built to withstand the natural forces of this area better. Once the old shingle system was removed, our team then, installed the new standing seam aluminum metal roof provided by TriCounty Metals. The client was pleased with their new roof and was very happy with how fast our team was able to get this job done.
