Home Builder's Network, Inc. was recently contacted through a referral to do a roof replacement in Maitland, FL for a realtor client. In the referral the realtor stated that this job had to get done quick so, our team sent out a contract and once it was signed off our team got to work. In total from the date of signing the contracts, getting roofing permits, to the projects completion, it only took a maximum of 5 days. Our team began the project by stripping the home of its shingles, and underlayment. Upon removing all shingles and underlayment our team began the installation process by installing Summit 60 underlayment. We then installed a new TrueRidge vent system to allow for air flow and proper ventilation to enter into the attic of this home. We then began installing the new shingles, these Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Oyster Shell shingles along with everything else installed updated not only the look of the home, but it also made it safer and more protective from Florida's harsh weather. The new roofing system came with an Atlas warranty and can be transferred to a new homeowner even after the sell of the home!
